This study aims to determine the Standing about the current situation of agricultural exports in Algeria And the extent of its ability to access arab markets by measuring the competitive capabilities of the most important agricultural products exported to those markets.The study also tries to estimate the function of demand for the most important agricultural product exported to foreign markets In particular, the markets of Morocco and the United Arab Emirates.The study found weak competitiveness of Algerian exports Based on the weak results of the competitiveness indicators used in the Algerian agricultural sector When the state must make more efforts in order to improve the competitive situation of the sector By developing a strategy aimed at intensifying agricultural production and exporting to foreign markets in general and Arab markets in particular.

This study focuses on revealing the role of Hassad Food Company in enhancing food security of Qatar, and ways to benefit from its experience in Algeria; Relying on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect by addressing the basic concepts related to food security, and revealing the challenges of achieving it in Algeria. In addition to the analytical approach through analyzing reports issued by Qatari government institutions and Hassad Food Company, in order to identify the strengths of this experience and try to transfer them to Algeria. A strategy that focuses mainly on the production of local food suitable for the climatic conditions of Qatar, and the leasing of agricultural land in countries from five continents to avoid any disruption in the food supply chain, and focusing on the production of meat, poultry and grains.

The role of the agricultural sector in achieving food security in Algeria during the period 2000-2021

The study aims to investigate the extent of the role agricultural sector in achieving food security in Algeria during the period extending from 2000-2021. An autoregressive model with time lags ARDL was used. The results of the cointegration test (bounned test) indicated the existence of a long-term and short-term aquilibrium relationship between the aricultural sector and food security, and a result was obtained there is a negative impect of an inverse relationchip between the agricultura sector and food security in Algeria.

The reality of the agriculture sector in Algeria and the extent of its contribution to economic development during the period (2000-2023)

This study aims to identify the reality of the agriculture sector in Algeria during the period (2000-2023) and the extent of its contribution to economic development.in our study, we relied on descriptive and analytical methodologies, touched upon the most important components of the agriculture sector, and reviewed the most important initiatives taken and efforts exerted by the state within the framework of programs to revive the national economy by implementing several development plans and programs, through the analysis of data and statistics on the contribution of the agricultural sector to GDP and the creation of employment opportunities. The results of the study showed that the contribution of the agricultural sector to the GDP did not exceed an average of 11.35 % during the studied period (2000-2023), which represents a small percentage compared to the contribution of the hydrocarbon sector.

This study aims to identify the reality of the agricultural sector in Algeria. And the extent of its
development by addressing the components of the sector. As well as the reality of agricultural production in
Algeria according to the statistics of 2023. The study also aimed to assess the food security situation in Algeria
and compare it with the Maghreb countries. This study used the descriptive analytical approach in order to.
describe and analyze various statistical data related to both the agricultural sector and the main axes of the food
security index published by the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development. The study concludes that
Algeria still needs to redouble its efforts to develop and encourage investment in the agricultural sector and that
in parallel, it can achieve a secure food base and reduce the food deficit to the greatest extent possible

The role of the agricultural sector as one of the aspects of economic diversification in developing non-hydrocarbon exports - A standard study of the case of Algeria for the period from 1990 to 2020

The study aimed to measure the relationship between the agricultural sector and non-hydrocarbon exports in Algeria for the period between 1990 and 2020. The study therefore adopted a dependent variable represented by the value of non-hydrocarbon exports LEXPOF, and an independent variable represented by the value added of the agricultural sector LAGR. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the ARDL model, using the standard program EViews 10. The study concluded that there was no relationship between the two variables in the short term, while in the long term, the value added parameter of the agricultural sector was positively associated with the value of non-hydrocarbon exports, as the value of the LAGR parameter reached 1.045271 with a probability value of 0.0000, i.e. less than a significance level of 1%, indicating that any change in the value added parameter of the agricultural sector (LAGR) by 1% in the long term will lead to a change in the value of non-hydrocarbon exports by 1.045271% in the same direction

study found that the public policies targeting the agricultural sector have made some progress in enhancing
agricultural production and improving rural infrastructure. However, the sector still faces significant challenges
such as water scarcity, limited use of technology, and lack of funding. These challenges negatively affect the
sector's economic performance, highlighting the need for increased investment and public-private partnerships to
ensure sustainable development and achieve strategic goals.

Le secteur agricole contribue pour l'année 2023 à hauteur de 18% dans le PIB, ce qui mérite une réflexion sur la stratégie choisie par les pouvoirs publics pour améliorer les exportations de produits agricoles, notre exemple d'étude montre que les points d'intervention en faveur de la production d'huile d'olive, ne sont qu'un des nombreux secteurs qui révèlent leur potentiel existant et sont une garantie sans équivoque de la croissance économique du pays.
