Analysis of the competitiveness of Algerian agricultural exports in Arab markets -Estimation of the demand function for Algerian date exports towards to the markets of Morocco and the UAE (2000-2020)

This study aims to determine the Standing about the current situation of agricultural exports in Algeria And the extent of its ability to access arab markets by measuring the competitive capabilities of the most important agricultural products exported to those markets.The study also tries to estimate the function of demand for the most important agricultural product exported to foreign markets In particular, the markets of Morocco and the United Arab Emirates.The study found weak competitiveness of Algerian exports Based on the weak results of the competitiveness indicators used in the Algerian agricultural sector When the state must make more efforts in order to improve the competitive situation of the sector By developing a strategy aimed at intensifying agricultural production and exporting to foreign markets in general and Arab markets in particular.
