Parliamentary civil responsibility: a comparative study
Abstract
This study, tagged "Parliamentary Civil Responsibility", discusses civil parliamentary responsibility, in dual responsibility and immunity, and is divided into two requirements: Civic responsibility for parliamentary actions, as a legislative institution, and a component of the constitutional bodies of the State, is discussed in the first requirement. The second discussed the individual responsibility of the parliamentarian for his personal actions. The study used the structural approach, and reached a number of results, including openness to foreign experiences, the responsibility of Parliament for legislative imbalance, and the assignment of the parliamentary representative's responsibility civilly.
