This article explores the representation of women in the sung poetry of Tachlhit using the song
"Immi ḥnna " by the group Iznzaren as its focal point. Based on a thorough analysis of the song's lyrics, the
study sheds light on the stereotypes and perceptions of women conveyed through this iconic musical work. By
examining how the lyrics of "Immi Henna" contribute to the construction and conceptualization of gender
stereotypes and their reception by society, the analysis ultimately reveals how Tachlhit sung poetry can shape
ideas and standards related to women, enriching the understanding of Tachlhit culture and its musical
heritage.
