Abstract

Our article looks at the meteorological axis in Frédéric Brrémaud's transposition of Mérimée's digital comic Carmen. What is the weather like in this graphic-narrative story? What are its characteristics? How are they exploited by the artist ? Using the meteorological structure of the semiotic narrative as a starting point, in addition to the various specific aspects of Andalusia, we will look at the criminal relations that steer the narrative towards the tragic.
