This study examines how the Palestinian novelist Jabra Ibrahim Jabra used the techniques of modern literature to depict the suffering of Palestinian children. It focuses on the period from 1936 to 1955. To provide a systematic and in-depth analysis of his novel Cry in the Long Night, published in 1955, we use the descriptive analytical approach. The results revealed that literature continues to play a role in providing a means through which the social, political, and cultural realities of the war on Palestine can be seen and understood.
