Abstract

This paper aims to analyze two children's picture books published in Argentina: (1) La línea, Ediciones Álbum del Eclipse, Buenos Aires, 1975, and (2) El pueblo que no quería ser gris, Rompan Filas Ediciones, Buenos Aires, 1975, written by Beatriz Doumerc (text) and illustrated by Ayax Barnes. The goal is to explore the conception of childhood conveyed in these works and to engage in a philosophical reflection on this topic
