This article discusses the issues involved in the inscription of Arab-Berber orality in two Maghrebi texts from the 1970s. This study aims to show the impact of this representation of orality by focusing on the figures who embody it. To do this, it will rely on the contributions of poetics and sociocriticism. It will examine a marginality that captures and relays all the indigenous voices contesting a future and aspiring to another future.
