Abstract

Les enseignants de français nouvellement recrutés manquent d’expérience et de pédagogie. Ils se trouvent confrontés à divers sujets de préoccupation d’ordre pédagogique et disciplinaire. Par conséquent, ils sont appelés à suivre un programme de formation théorique et pratique adéquat, capable de les aider à affronter dans des conditions meilleures les problèmes liés à l’enseignement.
