General Guidelines

I. DEONTOLOGICAL CHARTER

1. The Editorial Board
The Editorial Board (EB) is responsible for the design, review process and publication of the journal.
The EB is responsible for selecting articles for review, and for anonymizing authors and reviewers.
The EB establishes a blacklist of authors who have committed plagiarism or any other form of breach of ethical rules.
The EB ensures that articles are evaluated with complete objectivity and confidentiality, regardless of the author's gender, ethnic or racial origin, religious beliefs or political affiliation.
The EB guarantees the inviolability of research results or anything related to them in the event of non-publication of the article.

2. The Scientific Committee
The members of the Scientific Committee (SC) are responsible for validating articles proposed for publication, after verifying the process of their evaluation.
It is the members of the SC who make the final decision on the publication of validated articles.
The CS, in consultation with the EB, selects the themes for the various issues and is responsible for drafting the arguments.
The SC is also responsible for monitoring all matters relating to ethics and deontology.

3. The issue coordinator
After choosing a theme, the issue coordinator is asked to draw up a sales pitch. The theme and rationale are studied and validated by the EB in consultation with the SC.
Once the argument has been validated, the coordinator oversees all stages of the evaluation process, and is entitled to all editorial information.
The coordinator must honor his or her commitments until the coordinated issue is finalized and published.
4 The evaluator
The reviewer is required to evaluate the article objectively.
He/she ensures the confidentiality of the documents entrusted to him/her. He or she is also responsible for questions of plagiarism, falsification, conflict of interest, discrimination and any other ethical issues.
The Editorial Board suspends collaboration with any reviewer who fails to meet his or her commitments. The article will be assigned to another reviewer.

5. The author

The author undertakes to submit an original, unpublished article to the journal. Only one article may be submitted in any one issue.
The author undertakes not to send his/her article submitted to our journal to any other journal until he/she has received the results of the review. If the results are unfavourable, the author is released from any contract with the journal unless he/she decides to improve the article and resubmit it for possible publication.
Authors may no longer freely dispose of their article if it has been read and corrected by the reviewers, who have made detailed recommendations for its improvement.
Authors who have already published in the journal may not submit another article within the following 2 issues. They may only do so from the 3rd issue onwards, excluding special issues. Authors of book reviews and interviews are not affected by this measure.
Authors remain solely responsible for the content of their articles, even after publication in the magazine.

PREPARATION OF THE ARTICLE TO BE SUBMITTED

The Template can be downloaded by clicking on the latter heading ("instructions to authors").
The editor-in-chief has the right to refuse an article if it does not comply with the Template's formatting.

ARTICLE EVALUATION PROCESS
The Editor-in-Chief makes an initial assessment of each article received on his ASJP account. If the article meets the journal's editorial criteria, it is assigned to an associate editor or to another editor.
Authors submit their articles exclusively electronically to ASJP (https://www.asjp.cerist.dz/en/PresentationRevue/523) and receive, in return, an acknowledgement of receipt from the journal's Editor-in-Chief (accepted for review/ rejected and for what reasons). Once accepted, the author will be able to follow all the stages in the evaluation of his or her submitted article.

1. Article evaluation :
- Articles accepted for review undergo a double blind review by members of the editorial board.
- If both opinions (of the 2 experts appointed for the evaluation) are favorable, the article will be published.
- If both opinions have reservations, the author will correct the article and resubmit it by the same route (resubmit, not submit). Once received, the article is resubmitted to the same experts (for final approval).

- If the two opinions are contradictory, a third opinion is requested from one of the members of the Scientific and Reading Committee; the majority opinion will be taken into consideration and will determine the outcome of the article evaluated.
2. Once the article has been accepted, the author must fill in the bibliographical sources according to the ASJP guidelines. To do this, click on "article accepté", then on "les guillemets bleus". After saving, click on "Finish". The accepted article can only be published once the bibliographical sources have been completed.
3. After final notification of acceptance
