In Cameroon, as many other African countries and in the world, the educative system seems to give a second zone place to the teaching of literature. In fact, it is the scientific learning, apparently more useful to the professional insertion which is glorified. So student in colleges and universities who are interested to the classes which teach literature put aside the aesthetic aspect of the text to put forward a more scientific teaching. An ethno-anthropological analysis can permit to see that the lyrics are not really taken account in benefit of a culture of employability, which can be called realism. In this article we will investigate on the place of literature in a sociocultural context influenced today by a hyper-pragmatism.
