Pastiche And Parody In The Teaching Of The Literature
Keywords:
literature, teaching literature, literature in peril, reading, the joy of text, literary parody and pastiche.Abstract
Literary parody and pastiche can appear at any period of the history of literature always indicating a forthcoming change. This tendency can also be observed currently. This change can be considered as peril but also as possibility for renewal. When talking about pastiche and parody I do not consider them genre but a means to express thoughts and opinions alike. In my work I would like to prove how these types of writings can be used as techniques for creative textual analysis or else to excite students the joy of text and reading.
