Abstract

Benarab Abdelkader's work on Frantz Fanon is first of all a cry against oblivion against the voluntary
amnesia suffered by all scientists in Algeria where, apart from a few academics who lived through the period
of the revolution, the Frantz Fanon's name speaks very little to other generations due to his absence of
textbooks, cultural events, theater, cinema. It is more, a cry against the conspiracy of which the author of The
Damned of the Earth is a victim in the West and particularly in Martinique and in France where a guilty
silence, an amnesia covers the man, his work and his positions
