The French conception of comparative literature is founded on the relations of influence which may exist between identity and otherness. However, the analysis of these relationships is usually done through recourse to classical means of analysis, such as, lexical fields, thematic analysis, mythocritic and others. On the other hand, our study which takes The Vigils of Tahar Djaout as a corpus of analysis sets itself the stake of having recourse to sociogrammatic configurations, for the examination of these relations of influence between the Self and the Other.
