Abstract

This article reports on the reading of a collaborative work “How literature can change the world” which brings together specialized articles on the interrelations of literature and human and social sciences. The authors, eminent experts, researchers, specialists, professors, journalists show, with strong examples and illustrations, the impact of literature on our lives as they highlight the role of writing and reading as participation in knowledge of the world, of oneself, and of others. The interdisciplinarity, which characterizes
the work, grants literature an essential heuristic dimension through its temporal evolution.
