The Youth Album: developer of identity values and scriptural skills in young learners

Literature is increasingly important in the context of contemporary educational reforms. Thus, integrating children's books into teacher training can help them better understand learners' needs and develop more appropriate teaching methods. Furthermore, these works could serve as a tool for addressing a variety of themes. With this in mind, we plan to adopt a sociocultural approach to establish a dialogue between text and image while taking into account the sociocultural contexts in which they are embedded. This approach would allow, through the textual exegesis of an emblematic book, to identify the underlying recurring motifs that fuel the construction of a collective imagination.
