Abstract

Kateb Yacine's work has been widely analysed and interpreted, linking it to the Algerian revolution, exile, nomadism, the relationship with languages and so on. This article analyses Kateb Yacine's work Le Polygone étoilé from a mythical and foundational point of view, linking it to Virgil's Eneid and Greco-Roman mythology.
