If the certificating evaluation reveals the level of knowledge acquisition, it is essential to know what you are trying to assess in a student. Some people believe that linguistic mastery is sufficient to approve a curriculum, others believe that the certification evaluation must refer to the mastery of knowledge and that the linguistic nature represents only a criterion of evaluation. It is between these two reflections that the certification evaluation loses its benchmarks. In the absence of real criteria, it is impossible to create a new powerful and reliable certificating evaluation system.
